A look into the future

Reinhard Kerschner sees the construction industry as one of the most stable and at the same time most visible industries of all. For him, one thing is certain: "People have been building for around 5,000 years and that won't change in the future." For him, the challenge lies in finding and promoting the right colleagues and placing them in the right positions.
