Central Technical Division (ZT) employs over 1,100 people at more than 30 locations. What unites us? The aspiration to rethink technology – and to be more than just a traditional engineering office.

As part of the STRABAG and ZÜBLIN Group, our planning and construction work seamlessly together. This results in solutions that not only work, but also last.

We develop tailor-made solutions for complex technical challenges and cover the entire spectrum of construction - from building construction and civil engineering to tunnel construction and traffic route construction.

As an experienced engineering office, we offer all engineering services in accordance with the Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI). With our expertise in all nine service phases, we ensure precise planning, efficient execution and reliable project monitoring.

As a general planner, we assume coordinated overall responsibility for the planning of construction projects. We focus on partnership-based cooperation, early networking of all parties involved, a consistent planning process and the close integration of planning and construction.

Our portfolio is complemented by sound expertise in the areas of sustainable engineering and smart engineering - for sustainable construction with vision.
