Stephan Keinath began his career at ZÜBLIN back in 1989 - after training as a concrete and reinforced concrete worker and successfully completing his civil engineering studies at the Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences - as a site manager.

After further positions as senior site manager and division manager, he was appointed Technical Director Stuttgart in 2015. He can thus look back on an impressive career that has taken him from practical construction operations to strategic corporate management. He has been a member of the Executive Board of Ed. Züblin AG since October 1, 2021.

A look into the future

With his many years of experience and deep understanding of the technical and organizational challenges of construction, Stephan Keinath will actively shape the further development of the company in a time of change. Digitalization, sustainability and innovative construction methods are key topics for him that are shaping the industry and opening up new opportunities.
