On behalf of Aurelis Real Estate Service GmbH, ZÜBLIN-Direktion Bayern realized a new building in the Technologiepark Nord in Detmoldstraße, Munich.
The contract included the construction of the building shell, the envelope with roof and façade and the outdoor facilities. An underground car park with 99 parking spaces is located in the basement, and a further 30 parking spaces are located outside.
The ZÜBLIN team constructed a multifunctional building with a total of six hall units on two floors on the approximately 9,500 m² site. The most outstanding feature is that the upper floor not only houses offices, but also two of the halls. They are connected by a freight elevator with a load capacity of 3,500 kg. With space becoming increasingly scarce, this concept is particularly space-efficient and sustainable.
