Ed. Züblin AG is pursuing several goals with this project: A sustainable construction site organisation, the conservation of resources as well as the minimisation of emissions, responsibility for the health and well-being of the builders, the cultivation of good neighbourliness and, of course, high-quality construction. Selected measures in the project
-
Steel construction
Supporting structures of the production hall made of steel girders. These enable the use of approx. 88% recycled steel, as well as a high degree of prefabrication and reduce the construction time.
-
(Semi)finished parts
Use of façade modules in the form of C-cassettes. These enable rapid assembly thanks to precision-fit production in the factory.
-
Energy-saving lighting
Use of timers for needs-based and energy-saving lighting of the container system. The site lighting in the building is provided by LED spotlights.
