New office building "Mattes"

ZÜBLIN realizes new work with Mattes - The old office complex was demolished and a new building including an underground car park was built.

The scope of services included the demolition of the remaining basement floors of the former STRABAG administration building and the turnkey construction of a seven-storey office building with a two-storey underground car park. ZÜBLIN took over the planning services from service phase 5 onwards.

The office building is used by two tenants: an external tenant (IQWiG) and internal units of STRABAG and ZÜBLIN. The office space for IQWiG was realized according to the standard tenant fit-out (SRE), while the space for STRABAG and ZÜBLIN was planned and implemented according to the TEAMSWORK concept.
