Underground parking garage renovation at Parkstadt Center Schwabing

The underground car park of the Parkstadt Center in Schwabing near Munich immediately catches the eye with its striking color tones. During the renovation, it was therefore important to precisely adhere to and implement these high architectural and design requirements.

The underground parking garage in the Parkstadt Center in Schwabing near Munich consists of two levels with an identical floor plan. A total of around 400 parking spaces are available on the 10,600 square meters. During the refurbishment in a total of 4 construction phases, special consideration was given to the unusual color concept, whereby special NCS and RAL colors were used. The special areas were designed in the colors turquoise and sage. In addition, design highlights such as floor-to-ceiling reflector strips as part of the parking guidance system or visually appealing drainage channels made of fiberglass composite were installed as part of the renovation.
