Ost 1 Centraal, the striking high point of Messe City Köln, was built right next to the trade fair balcony. The 17-storey building with light-flooded rooms, terraces and modern fittings offers maximum comfort and has been awarded the DGNB Gold certificate. The underground parking garage with 383 parking spaces rounds off the entire East 1 and East 2 (ROSSIO) complex.
In the direct vicinity of the Messebalkon and the completed projects of Messe City Köln West 1-4, the high point in the quarter, the Ost 1 Centraal component with the underground car park for the entire Ost 1 and Ost 2 complex (ROSSIO), was built. The construction work was carried out by the North Directorate, Hamburg/Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania Division, the Lower Saxony Division and the North Rhine-Westphalia Directorate, Cologne Division.
The 17-storey building (2 underground, 15 above ground) Ost 1 Centraal impresses with its high, light-flooded rooms, terraces and modern building equipment and ensures a high level of comfort and air conditioning. Thanks to its central location in Deutz, the site is easy to reach. The space concept was kept flexible to accommodate changing user requirements. The underground car park has a total capacity of 383 parking spaces.
The German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB.V.) has awarded the building a gold certificate for sustainability. The building has been fully let to the tenant KPMG.
