Digital planning and buildings designed for long-term use

In our projects, we rely on digital tools such as Building Information Modelling (BIM) to ensure that planning and execution are transparent and efficient. This enables us to identify interfaces at an early stage, coordinate workflows and support planning processes.

Our buildings are designed to adapt to new educational, technical and organisational requirements and to remain in use in the long term.

Depending on the project, requirements relating to energy efficiency, use of materials and building operations can be taken into account as early as the initial planning stages. Many projects are guided by recognised standards such as the Sustainable Building Assessment System (BNB) or DGNB certification.

The result is educational buildings that can be used flexibly and meet the demands of a changing educational landscape.
