With the MOLENO® hybrid construction system, ZÜBLIN offers a contemporary solution not only for housing requirements, but also for schools and daycare centers. The key lies in the intelligent combination of prefabricated timber and concrete elements. Each building material is used where it makes the most structural and economic sense. The result is a resource-saving construction method that combines sustainability and design.
In addition to numerous building shapes and façade designs, the system can be used for residential buildings, schools and kindergartens as well as commercial buildings.
Prefabrication in our own factory
The exterior timber wall elements are manufactured under optimum conditions in our production facility at ZÜBLIN Timber in Aichach, Bavaria - regardless of the weather, precisely and on schedule. Final assembly then takes place directly on the construction site, which significantly shortens the construction time and ensures quality.
