Ed. Züblin AG and its subsidiaries maintain an integrated management system based on the strategy of the STRABAG Group and its values. The system integrates the topics of quality management, occupational safety, health and environmental protection, energy management, business compliance, risk management and other requirements of international, national and industry-specific standards.

The management system at ZÜBLIN comprises the following certified standards:

ZÜBLIN applies strict standards to the implementation and further development of the regulations anchored in the system, which cover the operational, management and support areas of the company in equal measure. The main focus here is on order processing.

ZÜBLIN was one of the first construction companies in Germany to be certified according to the new 9001:2015 standard back in 2016. The standards of the ZÜBLIN management system also apply to our subcontractors, who are closely involved in project execution - particularly in terms of occupational safety and quality assurance. The accident rate at ZÜBLIN is well below the average for the construction industry.

As the integrity of all those involved in construction is a high priority for ZÜBLIN, we introduced a value management system in 2013, with which the existing compliance system was specified and systematized.
