Henninger Tower Frankfurt

The Henninger Turm is one of the most famous buildings on the Frankfurt skyline. The new building has transformed the former grain silo with revolving restaurant into a modern residential and commercial building - and at the same time reinterpreted a piece of the city's history. On 40 floors, 206 apartments, restaurant and retail spaces as well as a viewing platform at a height of 125 meters were created.

We at ZÜBLIN Baulogistik were responsible for the organization and implementation of the entire construction site logistics - under particularly demanding conditions. The construction project in the middle of Frankfurt not only required precise coordination of the material flows, but also solutions for the very limited space available for the construction site equipment and a tight time window for completion.

Thanks to precise planning and closely coordinated processes, we were able to create the conditions for one of Frankfurt's most striking high-rise buildings to be completed on schedule. The new Henninger Turm combines history and modernity - and with our construction logistics, we have made an important contribution to the return of this landmark to the skyline in a new form.
