About us

The ZÜBLIN Subdivision Construction Logistics, based in Frankfurt am Main and with branches in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Stuttgart, is the competence center for modern construction logistics within the STRABAG Group. With the regional divisions West, North, Central and South, we ensure a nationwide presence and combine regional proximity with the strength of a nationally networked organization.

Construction is becoming increasingly complex: clients expect adherence to deadlines and budgets while at the same time meeting the highest standards of quality, sustainability and environmental protection. Added to this are digital standards such as BIM and LEAN construction management, which are now indispensable for efficient and cost-conscious construction. This is precisely where ZÜBLIN Baulogistik comes in.

Our expertise is divided into three main areas:

Construction site equipment – from containers, construction equipment and construction hoists to scaffolding, protective roofs and safety systems.
Construction logistics services – from access and area management, waste disposal, transportation and cleaning to security guard services and equipment training
Construction logistics planning – development of concepts, simulations, phase plans and manuals including approval and tender management.

With interdisciplinary expertise, many years of project experience and a future-oriented approach, we make construction logistics a success factor in complex construction projects.

Our Division Central stands for professional construction logistics, precise construction coordination and sustainable construction site organization in Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, Thuringia and Saarland. We plan, control and monitor all logistical processes – from material delivery to disposal. We use digital tools and optimized processes to ensure transparency, safety and efficiency on every construction site.
