In Korntal-Münchingen, a multifunctional business park has been created in the immediate vicinity of the A81.
The construction project comprises the new construction of three production halls, each with a two-storey head building for offices and social rooms, including the outdoor facilities and the planning services LPH5.
The buildings were designed as BEG/KfW Efficiency Building 40EE (GEG 2020). By integrating a PV system and an air heat pump, the hall complex meets the latest standards.
