About us

Ed. Züblin AG, Subdivision Ulm stands for high-performance building construction, civil engineering and turnkey construction in the Ulm/Neu-Ulm region, Augsburg and the Swabian Alb. As part of the international STRABAG Group, we combine regional proximity with the strength of a leading European construction company. Our team of around 550 employees forms the basis for construction projects of all sizes – from multi-storey residential construction to office and industrial buildings to complex infrastructure projects.

We develop and realize turnkey buildings, take on civil engineering projects such as bridges or tunnels and implement sustainable timber construction concepts with the ZÜBLIN Timber division. Thanks to digital planning, state-of-the-art construction site logistics and our own engineering expertise, we support our customers from the initial idea to turnkey handover. Our headquarters in Neu-Ulm was expanded in 2022 to include a 2,000 m² timber hybrid extension, creating 87 additional jobs and setting standards for sustainable construction with photovoltaics, heat pumps and energy-efficient technology – a visible sign of innovative strength and responsible growth. Together, we are shaping the buildings of tomorrow and creating lasting value for our region and far beyond.

Our Units

With a team of around 550 employees at two locations – Neu-Ulm and Augsburg – as well as the ZÜBLIN Timber division in Aichach, we realise numerous challenging construction projects of all kinds.

In 2013, Ed. Züblin AG in Augsburg was opened as a new location of the Ulm/Neu-Ulm division and has been part of the newly established Subdivision Ulm as an independent division since 2020.

We support challenging shell construction and turnkey construction projects in the Bavarian Swabia region from Dillingen to Augsburg and the Allgäu.

Our focus is on sustainable construction, the use of state-of-the-art technologies and resource efficiency in order to offer progressive and environmentally friendly solutions – in partnership with all project participants.

Ulm/Neu-Ulm

The Ulm/Neu-Ulm area forms the heart of the Subdivision Ulm of Ed. Züblin AG. ZÜBLIN has been firmly anchored here since the 1950s and has left its mark on the region with numerous construction projects. Around 100 employees realise construction projects in building construction, civil engineering and turnkey construction – from modern residential and commercial buildings to serial concepts and the renovation and extension of existing buildings.

The division takes on all construction tasks in the Ulm/Neu-Ulm region via Aalen, Heidenheim and Memmingen to Biberach – reliably, innovatively and sustainably.
