New office building Transporeon
A new 5 and 6-storey office building was constructed in Ulm's Oststadt district.
A three-storey parking area is integrated at the rear. The office building is designed as a multi-tenant building for use by different tenants.
The main user is Transporeon GmbH with a gross floor area of approx. 8,500 m². Another use is an office park with approx. 4,500 m² GFA with office units, conference rooms and a canteen.
The project was implemented using the ZÜBLIN teamconcept partnership model.
