Renovation of residential building, Eriskirch
An 8-storey residential building is undergoing energy-efficient refurbishment with a new façade, solar thermal energy, heat pump and modern 3D recording. Sustainably planned, professionally supervised, implemented in a resident-friendly manner.
The existing 8-storey building with 34 residential units is being renovated to improve its energy efficiency. After dismantling the roof cladding and the asbestos-containing panel façade, the windows and roof waterproofing were replaced. The façade will be insulated and plastered in accordance with energy requirements. A solar thermal system on the roof and a heat pump will be added.
The existing façade was digitally recorded using drone images and a 3D scan to determine possible tolerances. The measures are planned and supported in close consultation with various experts (building physics, fire protection, energy consulting). The renovation and construction measures are being carried out while the building is in use, in close coordination with the residents and with reduced noise and dirt pollution.
