    MOLENO

    The Stuttgart office is promoting the use of the MOLENO® timber hybrid construction system and setting standards in modern, serial construction.

    ZÜBLIN uses MOLENO® construction systems to implement forward-looking solutions for residential and educational buildings. The basis for this is the serial timber hybrid construction system, which intelligently combines prefabricated timber and concrete elements, enabling fast processes, high-quality execution and sustainable results.

    The MOLENO division was established on 1 January 2026. The Stuttgart office pools expertise for the regions of North Rhine-Westphalia, south-west Germany and the western part of Bavaria and plays a central role as a source of knowledge, development and experience.
