Assembly expertise as an integral part of our service

Where possible, we carry out construction site and assembly work with our own assembly department. This ensures short decision-making processes, close coordination with project management and precise implementation on site. Around 60 of our own fitters for steel construction and façades carry out national and international projects.

Our teams are equipped with modern equipment and the necessary tools and are prepared for demanding working conditions.

Depending on the project requirements, we flexibly supplement our capacities with experienced subcontractors. In this way, we guarantee reliability and implementation security even for complex or time-intensive construction projects

Services in the field of steel construction assembly

  • Planning

    Our model-based assembly planning includes static calculations for loads, centers of gravity and lifting processes as well as the definition of efficient pre-assembly and lifting modules. Through optimised assembly models, method statements, visualisations and risk assessments in collaboration with the HSE department, we ensure maximum safety and schedule reliability. At the same time, our assembly experts provide continuous support to the technical office, site management and project management.

  • Storage and Transportation

    We organise component storage, interim storage and transport logistics – from coordination with experienced logistics partners to heavy and special transports for large components. Professional export packaging, sea freight and container logistics including customs clearance ensure on-time delivery to national and international construction sites.

  • Assembly

    With our own assembly teams and, if required, additional partner capacities, we realize the assembly of complex steel building, bridge and plant constructions. For efficient, safe and punctual project completion, we carry out pre-assembly, turnkey construction, metal façade and roof assembly as well as assembly supervision, expediting and quality assurance.
