Our project managers and experienced engineers are on hand to provide clients, architects and project partners with expert support from the early planning stages. We use modern online project databases and digital project management systems, among other things, to support large-scale projects involving multiple trades:

Steel Building Construction
Our range of services in structural steel engineering includes heavy sectional steel constructions for scaffolding and other load-bearing structures as well as constructions with intricate architectural details.
Whether functional or creative – we realise projects for power plant construction, industrial and plant construction, hall and commercial construction as well as corporate and infrastructure construction with the highest precision and flexibility. Typical projects include railroad stations, hangars, multi-storey parking lots, sports facilities and special buildings.
Steel Bridge Construction
We produce and supply high-quality steel bridges in all common design variants such as large bridges, arch and truss bridges, trough bridges or steel composite bridges for rail and road traffic. Typical structures include pedestrian and cycle bridges, railroad bridges, road and highway bridges and canal bridges.
The Sande production site has its own rail siding, which is connected to the existing production halls. The nearby JadeWeserPort overseas port offers ideal conditions for the transportation of oversized goods and container shipments.

Façade Technology
Our "industrial façade" range of services covers the complete variety of building envelopes – from the functional standard version to the design object, optionally in insulated or non-insulated design, in particular made of materials such as steel or aluminum. ZÜBLIN Stahlbau undertakes the complete planning and construction of the façade in accordance with the specifications. Our range of services is supplemented by the design and structural planning or optimization of the entire façade and roof structure as well as the trades connected to the façade construction. We offer tailor-made solutions for buildings that meet the highest standards of functionality, sound insulation, energy efficiency and aesthetics.
Our services and products in the field of façade technology:
- Trapezoidal profile support shells for more extensive warm roof structures
- Sandwich profiles for roof and wall cladding
- Steel cassette walls for power stations, industrial scaffolding and production halls, among others
- Roofs made from industrially manufactured aluminum standing seam profiles
- High-quality aluminum façades made from siding profiles, linear cassettes and corrugated profiles
- Arched roofs, also self-supporting
- Concrete and reinforced concrete elements for façade and roof superstructures
- Completing trades, such as roof waterproofing made of foil or bitumen sheeting
- Aerated concrete work, arcade rooflights and skylight domes with SHEVS, doors, gates and windows
- Design and optimization of the statics of the entire façade and roof structure
- Development and testing of special proposals
Plant and Apparatus Engineering
At our Dinklage site, we manufacture customised large containers, pressure vessels, filter systems and other industrial components. Our products include converters, silos, agitators, blast furnace tanks and heat exchangers.
