Steel Construction Production

The production capacities of ZÜBLIN Stahlbau include:

• Cutting, drilling, milling and sawing of sectional steel
• CNC-controlled plasma and oxyfuel cutting including bevel processing
• Welding of complex steel structures
• Surface preparation and corrosion protection
• Production of large components and special constructions

A specialised notching robot enables efficient profile and sheet metal processing. Post-blasting systems and mobile drying tunnels for environmentally friendly coatings (e.g. water-based paints) are available for large components.

We have been continuously investing in the modernization of our machinery during ongoing operations for several years.

Production planning and quality assurance

The production planning system (PPS) is fully interlinked with quality and safety management. This enables us to guarantee consistent production quality and meet all quality management requirements, including the necessary verification obligations.

Optimised processes and flexible production capacities ensure precise design production and enable just-in-time processing of up to 25,000 tonnes of profile and sheet steel structures per year.
