The ensemble is complemented by five underground parking garages with 98 parking spaces, extensive outdoor facilities, various usage areas and all technical and ancillary rooms. In addition to execution, the contract also included planning from service phase 5 in accordance with HOAI.

The project was realized in two construction phases, each with four buildings. Solid in-situ concrete ceilings were used in the construction and the external masonry was executed in GISOTON masonry. The interior walls are made of plasterboard or drywall construction, depending on the area of use.

All buildings on the approximately 1.5-hectare site are supplied with energy centrally via a combined heat and power plant, which is located in building no. 14. From there, the heat is distributed to all the houses via a local district heating network. Each apartment has its own apartment transfer station, which enables the apartment-specific recording of hot and cold water as well as heating energy for the underfloor heating, thus ensuring consumption-based billing.

Special attention was paid to the archaeological monitoring of the project: extensive excavations were carried out in close coordination before and sometimes in parallel with the excavation work. This included uncovering a 4,500-year-old cemetery from the Corded Ware period.

Construction began on October 31, 2018. After a construction period of around 2.5 years, the project was completed on May 1, 2021. The client for the construction project is Stadtsiedlung Heilbronn GmbH, which operates the residential complexes itself as rental properties.
