With the CONCEPT Heikendorf project, Sparda Immobilien GmbH, together with Ed. Züblin AG, is setting another example for innovative and standardized project development. Between October 2022 and April 2024, a high-quality residential ensemble was built in Heikendorf that combines accessibility, energy efficiency and architectural quality.
Living comfort with a view
The project comprises three buildings, each with three storeys and a total of 30 condominiums. The complex is complemented by attractively designed outdoor areas and parking spaces. Sustainable construction and energy efficiency
The project was implemented as part of the CONCEPT approach, a standardized model for planning, awarding contracts and construction. The solid construction with sand-lime bricks, filigree ceilings and waterproof roof construction guarantees stability and durability. All apartments are barrier-free in accordance with §52 LBO SH and meet the KfW 55 energy standard. Heat is generated purely electrically for heating and hot water - a plus for sustainability and low operating costs.
