The Engineering and Port Construction division is your central point of contact for engineering and hydraulic engineering services in northern Germany. We realise troughs, bridges, tunnels, coastal protection structures, shell structures and heavy industrial construction – from small measures to large infrastructure projects, both on land and in the port and coastal area.

Professional project management for municipal housing construction

The Project Management division, based in Hamburg, is your central point of contact for housing development and the creation of building rights in the catchment area of the Subdivision North. Our focus is on eligible, individual and serial housing construction – especially for municipalities in Schleswig-Holstein. The projects comprise 30-100 residential units and can be flexibly adapted to local requirements.

We also develop building construction projects in the commercial and hotel sectors – from the initial idea (service phase 0) to the turnkey sale of entire districts, such as the Elbterrassen Geesthacht. Our strength lies in our cooperative collaboration with partners and local authorities for sustainable residential and living spaces.
