CONCEPT Neumünster - Subsidized housing on Rendsburger Strasse
Sustainable living space in Neumünster: With CONCEPT Neumünster, ZÜBLIN is building 36 barrier-free apartments to the KfW 55 energy standard - sustainable, efficient and socially responsible.
Innovative residential project in a central location
The CONCEPT Neumünster project was the first project to be implemented as part of the standardized CONCEPT approach. This approach combines planning, contracting and construction into a turnkey construction product and enables efficient, holistic implementation. Between October 2022 and February 2024, a modern residential ensemble was built in a central location in Neumünster that meets the requirements of subsidized housing construction in Schleswig-Holstein.
Living space with social responsibility
The project comprises 36 subsidized apartments spread over three three-storey buildings. The complex is complemented by 25 parking spaces and attractively designed outdoor facilities. The location on Rendsburger Strasse offers an ideal combination of urban proximity and good transport links - an attractive location for contemporary living.
Solid construction and high energy efficiency
The construction was carried out in solid construction with sand-lime bricks, filigree ceilings and a waterproof roof construction. All apartments are barrier-free in accordance with §52 LBO SH and meet the KfW 55 energy standard, which ensures low operating costs and sustainable energy efficiency. The implementation of the criteria for subsidized housing underlines the social responsibility of the project.
Conclusion: Sustainable housing construction in Schleswig-Holstein
CONCEPT Neumünster is a residential project that combines functionality, cost-effectiveness and sustainability. The combination of subsidized living space, high construction quality and energy-efficient fittings makes the ensemble a showcase project for standardized construction.
