New construction of the KLINOVA Clinic

Construction of a state-of-the-art clinic in Hamburg-Barmbek with a usable area of 60,000 m², comprising a U-shaped building wing with seven glass-roofed inner courtyards including planning, turnkey construction including medical technology.

Planning and turnkey construction of the new Barmbek Clinic. The new clinic is divided into a U-shaped bed wing with seven glass-roofed inner courtyards. A central five-storey diagnostics and treatment wing projects into this part of the building. The ground floor houses the emergency room, the central operating theater, the intensive care units, the monitoring area and the X-ray department. Next to this are the patient and staff cafeteria and a shopping street. All service areas are located on the ground floor.

There is also a fire department rescue station and a helicopter landing pad.

The hospital has a total of 676 beds (all rooms with sanitary facilities). The hospital has eight operating theatres, seven operating theatres and eight delivery rooms.
The capacity is designed for around 35,000 inpatients and 35,000 outpatients per year.
