New construction of the Dreifaltigkeitshof retirement home
The Dreifaltigkeitshof retirement home on the banks of the Danube in Ulm's city center was partially demolished. A new turnkey building was constructed.
The construction project comprised the partial demolition of the existing building and the turnkey construction of 29 assisted living apartments for senior citizens, 75 care places, a day care facility, a 3-group day care center, areas for commercial tenants and an underground car park with 25 parking spaces including a new outdoor area.
