New residential complex Gneisenaustraße Ulm
A total of 38 rental apartments for different stages of life were created in Ulm's Weststadt district.
The construction project comprises the new construction of a five to six-storey residential building with 38 rental apartments, a commercial unit, a transformer station, underground parking with 38 parking spaces and outdoor facilities as well as accompanying measures on adjacent areas and neighboring buildings. The project was built to the low-energy standard "KfW Efficiency House 55".
The apartments are accessed via 4 stairwells with elevator systems. Each apartment has a balcony with a view of the inner courtyard or Ulm Minster. The underground car park has a green area with bicycle sheds and a playground.
