Renovation of the existing building of the Dreifaltigkeitshof retirement home
The refurbishment of the existing building on the banks of the Danube in Ulm's city center was carried out immediately after the partial demolition and new construction of the retirement home.
The construction project includes the refurbishment of a total of 45 care rooms, the conversion of the existing kitchen on the ground floor into a shared apartment, the refurbishment and redesign of the administrative area on the ground floor, the upgrading of the fire protection with enclosure of the stairwell, the upgrading of the technical infrastructure and the partial refurbishment of the service apartments on the top floor.
The underground car park was also partially refurbished as part of the construction work.
