Residential building "Augusta" & "Luca"
Two buildings with a total of 309 residential units and 275 underground parking spaces were completed in the West development site (Augusta). At the same time, six buildings with 120 residential units and 134 parking spaces were successfully completed on the east construction site (Luca).
Modern residential quarters for urban living
As part of an ambitious construction project, two high-quality residential quarters were realized that combine contemporary, urban living with a high quality of life. The projects combine modern architecture, functional floor plans and well thought-out open spaces to create a sustainable overall concept and make an important contribution to creating attractive living space in an urban location.
"Augusta" residential quarter - diversity and quality of life
Two modern residential buildings with a total living space of around 12,131 m² were built in the western construction site "Augusta". A total of 309 residential units were built, which are characterized by bright rooms, flexible floor plans and energy-efficient construction. Different apartment sizes offer suitable living space for singles, couples and families alike. A particular focus was placed on the design of private outdoor areas: Spacious balconies, terraces and roof terraces extend the living space outdoors and significantly increase the comfort of the apartments. The underground garage with 275 parking spaces ensures efficient access and creates space above ground for green areas and communal areas. The quarter is complemented by a community and service point with around 145 m², which serves as a social meeting point and promotes interaction within the neighbourhood.
"Luca" residential quarter - compact, high-quality, urban
Six further residential buildings were constructed in the eastern "Luca" construction site, which blend harmoniously into the overall quarter. On a living space of approx. 6,977 m², 120 modern residential units with high-quality balconies and roof terraces have been created. The apartments boast contemporary floor plans and a high level of living comfort. A total of 134 parking spaces are available for residents' mobility, including 128 in the underground car park and 6 above-ground parking spaces, ensuring flexible and convenient use.

Both residential districts represent future-oriented urban development that combines architecture, functionality and social aspects.
