About us

The Subdivision North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) of Ed. Züblin AG, headquartered in Düsseldorf and with branches in Cologne, Düsseldorf and Dortmund, is your competent partner for building construction and civil engineering projects throughout North Rhine-Westphalia.

Our focus is on partnership-based cooperation with clients, suppliers and subcontractors as well as the use of modern contract models. We offer customised construction solutions for projects of all types and sizes – from industrial construction, power plant and energy buildings to infrastructure projects and turnkey buildings.

Economic efficiency, occupational safety and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. The Subdivision NRW relies on transparent processes, digital construction planning and the highest quality standards in construction. In addition, we place particular emphasis on timber construction and sustainability in order to build in a resource-conserving and future-oriented manner.

At the Subdivision NRW, we certify all construction sites in accordance with the DGNB "Sustainable Construction Site" standard. This involves evaluating resource efficiency, ecological standards and social responsibility. All new projects are certified accordingly.

The Cologne division of Ed. Züblin AG realises turnkey building construction projects in Cologne, Leverkusen, Wuppertal, Hagen, the Bergisches Land region and the Rhein-Erft district. In addition to new construction, our range of services also includes the conversion and revitalisation of office buildings, educational properties, healthcare properties, fire stations and museums, for example. The Civil Engineering NRW division stands for technical expertise, reliability and innovation. With a dedicated team, we realize challenging construction projects throughout North Rhine-Westphalia – safely, to a high standard and in the interests of our customers.

Our range of services includes: Civil engineering and infrastructure construction (bridges, tunnels, hydraulic engineering), industrial and energy construction (power plants, silos, industry) as well as structural engineering with a regional focus on the Ruhr and Lower Rhine regions.
