Accommodation Königsbrunn riot police
Two accommodation buildings and two classroom buildings form a modern, energy-efficient building complex for accommodation and training with clear architecture and sustainable technology.
As part of a comprehensive new construction project, two accommodation buildings and two training hall buildings were built that meet modern requirements in terms of functionality, energy efficiency and comfort. The aim was to create durable and sustainable buildings for accommodation and training.
The four-storey accommodation buildings offer an efficient room layout with double offices, twin rooms with bathrooms, recreation rooms as well as technical and special rooms. A passenger elevator ensures accessibility, while a central ventilation system on the roof guarantees a pleasant indoor climate and sustainable operation. The exterior walls made of concrete sandwich elements combine high thermal insulation, soundproofing and economical construction.
The complex is complemented by two two-storey lecture hall buildings, which are connected via a central entrance area. Their curtain-type exposed concrete façade with staggered elements gives the buildings a striking, modern appearance and sets them apart architecturally from the accommodation buildings.
Overall, the construction project impresses with its clear structures, durable materials and modern technology. It creates optimal conditions for long-term, flexible use and represents a sustainable contribution to improving the infrastructure.
