About us

The NRW division of Ed. Züblin AG, with its head office in Düsseldorf and branches in Cologne, Düsseldorf and Dortmund, is your expert partner for building construction and civil engineering projects throughout North Rhine-Westphalia.

Our focus is on collaborative partnerships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors, as well as the use of modern contract models. We offer bespoke construction solutions for projects of all types and scales – from industrial construction, power stations and energy facilities, through to infrastructure projects and turnkey buildings.

Cost-effectiveness, health and safety, and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. The NRW Division is committed to transparent processes, digital construction planning and the highest quality standards in construction. Furthermore, we possess specialist expertise in timber construction and the refurbishment of existing buildings. In doing so, we take environmental, social and economic aspects into account throughout the entire project lifecycle.

At the NRW Regional Office, building sites are certified in accordance with the DGNB ‘Sustainable Building Site’ standard. As part of the certification process, factors such as resource efficiency, environmental criteria and social aspects are assessed. New projects are implemented in line with the respective requirements of the certification system.

Cologne

The Cologne division of Ed. Züblin AG carries out turnkey building construction projects in Cologne, Leverkusen, Wuppertal, Hagen, the Bergisches Land region and the Rhein-Erft district. In addition to new builds, our range of services also includes the conversion and regeneration of, for example, office buildings, educational properties, healthcare facilities, fire stations and museums. As a general contractor and project manager, we take care of everything from planning and execution right through to the on-time handover of your construction project.

Civil engineering

The Civil Engineering NRW division stands for technical expertise, reliability and innovation. With a dedicated team, we carry out challenging construction projects throughout North Rhine-Westphalia – safely, to a high standard and in line with our clients’ needs.

Our range of services includes: civil engineering and infrastructure construction (bridges, tunnels, hydraulic engineering), industrial and energy construction (power stations, silos, industrial facilities), as well as building construction with a regional focus on the Ruhr area and the Lower Rhine.

As the technological backbone of the division, we play an active role in shaping construction projects.
