About us

The ZÜBLIN Subdivision Karlsruhe has been an integral part of the construction industry in south-west Germany for almost 100 years, shaping cityscapes from the Upper Rhine to the Palatinate, from the Black Forest to the Saarland. From our locations in Karlsruhe, Freiburg, Offenburg, Mannheim, Kaiserslautern and Saarbrücken, we realize projects in Baden, Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland. From the region for the region.

We build with passion, reliability and state-of-the-art construction methods in civil engineering and building construction. Our core competencies cover a broad spectrum: from turnkey construction of modern residential and office buildings to civil engineering and infrastructure, commercial and industrial construction and special projects. Complemented by cooperative collaboration in partnership models such as our tried and tested TEAMCONCEPT contract model.

As a regionally based management company, we offer our experience and expertise, complemented by the strength and service diversity of an internationally active construction group. This enables us to implement construction projects of any size.

From power plants, industrial buildings and complex structural works – the civil engineering division of ZÜBLIN's Subdivision Karlsruhe realizes complex civil engineering structures and structural engineering tasks with precision and innovation.

Thanks to our expertise and experience, we create individual construction projects in the technology region of Karlsruhe, the Southern Palatinate, Pforzheim and the Northern Black Forest. As part of an international construction group, we stand for quality, safety and sustainability, for buildings that strengthen our region in the long term.

The central and southern Black Forest is our territory, complex turnkey construction and structural works are our specialty. The Freiburg area combines regional strength with the highest level of construction expertise as a general contractor.

With offices in Freiburg and Offenburg, we are deeply rooted in Breisgau, the Ortenau district and the northern Black Forest. Here we realize projects ranging from small construction projects to large turnkey construction projects. As a construction partner in the region from the German-Swiss border to Freudenstadt in the northern Black Forest, we stand for quality, local roots and expertise. This is how we create buildings that strengthen the southwest and leave a lasting mark on our region.

Mannheim

Located in the heart of the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, the Palatinate and Saarland, we know the regional requirements inside out. The Mannheim division plans and builds in the fields of turnkey construction and construction in existing buildings as well as civil engineering and building construction. In addition to our office in Mannheim, the team also works in Kaiserslautern and Saarbrücken.

Whether residential quarters, office and administration buildings or industrial and healthcare buildings, the Mannheim division implements construction projects efficiently and sustainably. With our specific expertise in BIM, planning and technical building equipment, we handle complex healthcare buildings such as laboratories. An important building block is our TEAMCONCEPT cooperation model for collaborative partnerships.
