About us

With its headquarters in Frankfurt and branches in Mainz and Würzburg, the Subdivision Central has its regional focus in Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate and Lower Franconia in Bavaria.

We plan and build high-quality and technically demanding projects in all areas of shell construction, civil engineering and building construction. Another focus is on reconstruction, conversion and refurbishment - including revitalization, expansion and conversion - as well as the turnkey construction of data centers.

Customer-oriented, partnership-based and sustainable work as well as digitalized processes are the basis of our value creation. Our commitment ranges from advising our customers and jointly selecting environmentally friendly materials and practices to designing energy-efficient construction processes and resource-conserving building operation. Our project management is based on the principles of LEAN and 5S, supported by digitally networked processes with BIM 5D^®.

With this range of services, we realize future-oriented projects for public and private clients throughout Germany - even beyond the borders of our management.
